Board Settings

This includes all settings and customizations you can apply on your board.

Take charge of your board with Board settings. With Board settings, you can fully customize different functions or actions for full-functionality. Generally, board comprise of the following:

• Fields: where you store or input important data known as records. The fields come in different types.

• Records: are the individual items, tasks, projects and anything else that goes into a field.

Any of the records or fields can be customized to your specific use case. With the board settings you can

• Change a field type

• Customize name for the board.

• manage forms to populate a board.

• Remove or on-board a user.

• And delete the entire board.

The above functionalities can be initiated with the board settingslocated at the top-right corner of the board.

It's a dropdown menu that provides the following list of options;

• Edit Board:

• Manage Fields:

• Manage Bots: To set automations for repetitive tasks

• Manage Users: Allows you add, remove and assign roles to users on the board.

• Manage Forms: allows generation of forms based on set fields on the board.

• Delete Board: To permanently remove a board and all related records.
