Changing your Board Views

We have taken a quick look at the different views on Quabbly, but it is still vital that you, the user, can willingly switch between Board views.

You can display records differently by changing the view based on your preference. You can now view your records however you want it.

To change the Board views;

• Locate the “View” panel

• Click on the dropdown button

• Select your preferred view.

Views help the user to interpret records. Different views are suitable for different situations. Using the right view makes data more interactive and problems quickly solved, thus increasing productivity

For number analysis, Chart view works best. Map view is ideal when working with locations while Calendar View is best when dealing with dates. However, Kanban and List views remain optimum for organization, arrangement of information and coordinating workflow.
